Default Buying GS4

I'm very serious about purchasing 99 GS400 locally and has 58000 miles Rod Millen edition, sale price at $26K. I think this is pretty good price, I'm going to test drive it on Sunday.
What is the Rod Millen edition?
You guys think this is a good deal?
I'm still going to keep my 97 SC3.

Thanks,

the price is decent..make sure all the major body panels have the VIN serial stickers..Rod Milken edition should have the full body kit, some suspesnion treatment..alos intake(so so quality) and some cosmetic stuff..btw, i thought there is only ONE official Rod millen edition adnd the car is in Ncal?..owned by our onw RMMGS4?

Looks like your dealer is giving you some BS. That car you pictured doesnt even have a body kit let alone the rmm one. Looks like he just slapped a free rod millen signature badge on it and is calling it that.

that 26g is BULL and im sure he's using the Rob Millen stuff to jack the price up. for the amoutn of miles on that car it should be 20g's. look on ebay and autotrader. theres plenty of other gs's out there with lower miles too at that because he's selling it right before that 60K check up thing. and that cost some cash to do. i would keep looking if i were you. just a suggestion.

I have attached a pics of GS with Rod Millen Aero Kit. If you check autotrader for all areas for GS400 under 26K, you will find GS400 with much lower mileage (30K miles).

Yeah, only minor difference I could see is in the hood. Hmmm maybe I should look elsewhere.
Thanks guys for all good inputs.

That's not the Rod Millen Edition, that's the original Rod Millen car. I have heard of a few lexus dealerships that are offical RM dealers so it would not surprise me if some slap on a few RM parts and a badge.

No comment on the car, but if you like it, go for it.
I prefer Silver, white is not bad.

WAIT!!!

I just saw this post. I know the car, its located on a "specialty" lot in Portland, right?

I looked at this car a few months ago; back then it was $28,995 but I know the price has gone down. This car has definately been wrecked. They were in the process of "cleaning" it up, ie hiding the damage when I looked at it.
