Plastic bit that attaches the metal arm to the pop-up visor thing when the sunroof slides open. Right side is broken. Need to find a new one.

 

It's not on the part that is circled in red below is it? If so, it is sold as one assembly at $240. Usually Toyota/Lexus is good at making things replaceable but you might have to grab one off a wrecked car. Pictures are from lexussouthatlantaparts
