Hey guys, I'm doing research and found a few sources but I want to make sure before I go start buying parts I don't need. So my passenger side is blowing extremely hot air like it's coming straight off the heater core. I did research and found out its probably my servo motor but I saw there is more than one. It blows cold air on the drivers side and in the back seat vents but extremely hot on the passenger side vents. Also, when I switch it to window defrost, the air is still blowing through the vents instead above the dash towards the windshield. Any help on what exact parts I need would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance guys
First check your refrigerant level. My passenger side was blowing warm air and I went to Autozone and a got a can of EZ Chill R134a. Refill took about 20 minutes and it's back to blowing cold.
So I put in the new servo motor and it's blowing cold air out of the passenger side but it still doesn't feel like it's fully cold at 65 degrees. I feel like it's stuck around 75 degrees. Any ideas why it wouldn't be at full cold? I checked me ac levels on Sunday figuring maybe I can re charge it but it's at full charge

Are you eyeballing the temps or taking vent temperatures?
1) Check that ac fans up front are working.
2) Clean inlets over the coils
3) Whats the differential in pressure between the low and high side
you need to perform an actuator recalibration. if you don't have a scan tool to do it with, pull the hvac fuse for ten seconds than resinstall it and don't touch anything for one minute.

or to sum it up are you having issues with the heat set to 75+ and its blowing in deforst mode even though its not in defrost mode? if so check out post # 141 from my DIY
issue fixed. I ended up just needing a recharge after replacing my servo motors. My buddies gauges weren't working properly so when I put another gauge on it, it shows I needed Freon and now my a/c is blowing ice cold. Thank you for all the help guys, always appreciated!!
