Default Passenger side temp/cooling servo

Hope any can help.

I had problem with the passenger side for about a year now. It does not blow cold air in the summer, only cabin temperature. The driver side works, it blows cold air in the summer

I followed the instruction from this link https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...vo-motors.html by Brian to get to the temp/cooling servo and remove it. Behind it is a level that when up will blow hot air, when down will blow cool (not cold) air. I removed the temp/cooling servo out, place the level at the down position, turn the engine on, but the air on the passenger side is still not blowing cold air. It is still cabin temperature. Placing the level in the up position will blow hot air, down will blow cabin temperature. I was expecting at the down position the air would be cold. What could be the problem? Is there something in the system that prevent cold air from blowing onto the passenger side?

Please help. Thanks.

I just replaced my condenser, I was experiencing the same symptoms. Had the system recharged, the tech pulled vacuum and found a leak. It looked like the condenser took a beating over the past 12 years.
Long story short, we got the AC to blow 48* cold, and no more gurgling dash board.

I just put 12 oz of antifreeze + oil. It is cold now. The bottle came with die and a test light. Should I try to use the test light at night or something. I can't see any visible mark right now. I guess I just have to wait and see if the system will hold or not.
