My rear power windows only goes down from the drivers switch.

Before asking me, yes, I made sure the safety lock was off. The power windows work from the driver seat however when I have passengers using the switch on the rear doors, the windows wont go down or up. What can resolve the problem?

I have the same issue on one of my rear doors. I was thinking the switch, but surely then the drivers one would have no control either
