Default please help

I have a 2000 lexus gs 400 with a nakamichi 6 disc cd changer. I was wondering if the speaker wires control anything else in my car. I just need a yes or no answer lol . Don't ask . thanks

Speaker wires send sound to the speakers. That is all.

So.....no.

I can't recall on the 2GS if one of the speakers (front drivers side) is used for Navigation sounds? Doesn't "control" anything though

Yes, but Nakamichi wasn't an option on Nav equipped cars.

that was ONLY for the center dash speaker not the drivers side and only on the ML editions that had nav. Nakamichi systems were not nav models. The center speaker was also a piece of crap and even when replaced blew due to the ML system not being able to separate the volume without a factory processor so the middle speaker would get the exact volume your door/tweeters got and they just would blow up
