Default Single popping noise everytime I hit the brakes

Like the title says whenever I hit my brakes going more than 20-30 mph the second I tap the brakes I hear a metal popping sound from what seems like the front right of the car, I recently had that caliper replaced as well as inner tie rods and it seemed to start soon after that, but it makes the sound whether I lightly tap the brake or brake hard.

I'd assume its the clips and springs that have tension on the brake pad. Im replacing those on my car while i replace the upper control arm (for the third time).

Caliper bracket might not be torqued down enough. It should be 87 ft lbs. I had the same clunk, torqued them down correctly and the issue went away for good.

Jack car up, wiggle the crap out of all the arms.

Could be the lower control arm #2 bushing as mentioned above... I'd also check the end links (especially if your car is lowered).
