Default Navigation Upgrade Question

So I have a 2002 GS 300 with the factory 6 disc CD changer. I want to buy a used Factory GS Navigation System. Will I need anything besides the unit for it to work? Is it just as simple as taking one out and putting one in?

I think you'll need the head unit, navigation ecu, navigation antenna and wire harness

It's not an easy swap. You need the complete dashboard and floor wiring harnesses, the computer that goes in the trunk, the GPS antenna, and a couple of other assorted parts. Installing the parts requires removal of most of the interior.
