For me it was on the catalytic converter I think. The one that connects to the piece with the O2 sensor and turns upward into the engine bay. Not sure if my description helps ha sorry

 

So I finally figured everything out and figured I'd update this in hopes to help other people. The inside rattling noise is from the metal bumper bar behind the foam, somehow it got a little loose and was rattling. The second noise was the rear muffler. Got a used one from Gazi and had it put on for $50, car is silent now. The heatshield around the catalytic converter was a little loose so they tack welded it so now the car is silent. I also found the leak in the headlight so no more condensation. Just need to track down the clicking noise
