Default Steering pre-tensioner leaking???

Hey guys, I have been having a problem with my steering, mentioned here:

And I noticed this before but never thought it could be a problem until I read that thread about the steering pre-tentioner. Why does the pre-tentioner look like it's covered in grease/fluid? Could this be my steering problem right here???

Is that your only leak? It could be the rack lacking. I would wipe it down and drive it some then look at it in a couple days

Sorry guys, the mechanic today said that it's no big deal, it's normal. He's thinking it's a tire balancing issue or alignment.
