Default 120K Service help needed

Hi All,

Here is a little background on the car. I recently purchased a 98 Lexus GS300 with oil leaks. It has VSC, ABS light on too. I found front passenger side ABS sensor has a cut so that might cause the problem. I am planning to do some Major maintenance work. I showed the car to my buddy who told me it has a leak on,
1. Bottom oil pan gasket
2. Cam seals
3. Valve Cover Gasket
4. Speed sensor for right front passenger side

I am thinking to keep the car for long and I dont have any history on the car. So if I change the following parts, can you guys recommend me if it will be enough, cause I have to pay the labor so its better to do it right at the 1st time instead of spending money again an again.
1. Valve cover Gasket Intake VVTI side & Exhaust side
2. Water Pump
3. WP Gasket
4. WP O-ring
5. WP Rear Pipe Gasket
6. Front Main Seal
7. Camshaft Oil Seals x 2 pieces
8. Acessory Belt
9. Thermostat
10. Thermostat O-ring
11. Timing Belt
12. Timing Belt Tensioner
13. VVTi Pulley Front Seal
14. VVTi Actuator Filter Screen
15. Oil Pan Gasket (FIPG)
16. Rear Main Seal
17. Iridium Spark plugs

Is there anything you guys recommend? Please let me know. I will highly appreciate.

Car sounds like crap, plus it's a 98 so replace all suspension parts. If you need to know exactly, click on the suspension thread or look at the sticky at the top for answers. Your list looks good. Replace al fluids in car.

Minor point, get the whole WP and not just the front half and you will not need the WP gasket.
