gs300 passenger headlight inoperable possible cause/fixes?
So passenger hid went out no biggie replaced it to find new unit not operating. So some more diagnostics led me to move the driver unit to the passenger to see if it was a bad unit that I had recieved. No dice, ive narrowed it to being that the red plug in is not delivering current to the hid and was interested in finding out if its a fuse or what I could do to further narrow the cause. If fuse, which one would i need and where amongst the many honeyholes would i find the culprit. Any help appreciated. here's the photo of the connector i was referring to.

Take a volt meter and put the probes in the red plug and see what u get, but my guess is your ballast is shot for some reason or another , u should have switched the good light to that side and that would tell u immediately what's wrong, my guess is ballast...

yea that's exactly what i did. i plugged in the unit that worked on the driver side, to the passenger socket and no dice. that's what leads me to believe that there's no current coming from the passenger socket.

So did The volt meter got the expected .12 on Driver side light that is fully operational and got a .6 on the passenger side. So I know im not getting the amount of power necessary to the light but whats the next step
