Default Door lock problem.

All 4 doors and trunk on GS400 will not work with the key remote and switch inside the car. I have to use the key in the key lock to lock and unlock, this is pain in the behind. Please help.

All four doors and the trunk stopped working at once? Or one at a time?
If they all went out at once you may have another issue.

All 4 doors and trunk are now not working at all. They went out in spans of maybe 5 years.

The doors are most liking the actuators. The trunk is something else? It wont open at all, or just not with the key?

I agree with Aristo772, it is almost assuredly the actuators in the doors. That the trunk is also broken is coincidental. Plenty of threads on this forum on how to fix the doors. We need more info to give an informed opinion about the trunk.

Your trunk probally is not opening because you accidentally pushed in your valet key button on the drivers side by your left knee, it's the metal round **** where your key goes in, if u pushed it in on accident it will not work with your fob or inside the car...

Thanks for all your help. Bought 4 door lock motors for $27.50, replaced them and they work perfect.
Lexus dealer estimated to repair this problem for $1100.00. By the way my trunk is still not working properly.
