Default Gs400 Window Problem!

Greetings CL, I've searched the forum but couldn't find a specific fix to my window problem so i was hoping if anyone here could help me. My driver side window doesn't roll up or down, just the driver side. So i brought it to a window repair shop and paid $40 for a diagnostics, they said it was my Master Switch because when they gave power to the window with their own little machine it would move up and down no problem. So I bought a replacement Master switch on eBay and brought it in to them and still the same thing, so they said either i bought a faulty Master Switch with the same problem as my old one or it could be an electrical problem. When i pull up on the window switch i could hear a buzzing sound so it makes me think that nothing is wrong with the Master switch. i tried sticking my key into the driver side door and turning it for 5 secs, all the windows rolled down except for the driver. I brought my car to an auto electric shop and they said they charge $75 to take a look at it.

Before i do that i want to see if anyone here could help me . Thanks!

$75 is cheaper than buying the wrong part- I suspect the motor has failed

The thing is, the first shop i went to used their own external power to test the window. I watched as they touched 2 wires on the door with their 2 wires (attached to some sort of battery) and the window rolled down like normal. They then touched another part of the wire and it rolled up like normal.

The door computer that controls the motor might have gone bad.
