Would anyone be able to let me know what the top connection goes to? I know the bottom one is for the washer fluid sensor. The location is right behind the fog light. The two wires going to the plug in question are black and white with a black stripe.

My VSC and ABS lights are on and I was wondering if it was related?

I don't have the headlight washers, so eliminates that..
