Exclamation Check VSC, ABS light on, AFS flashing

I drive a 2006 IS 250 manual tranny. These lights would come on once in awhile and I finally figured out what triggered the lights to come on. When I go in reverse I will put car into 1st gear while still rolling sightly and engage clutch to move forward. This seems to trigger the lights to come on. Any ideas why this action is causing all the lights to trigger? Thanks in advance! Haven't had a chance to pull codes so I cannot give any details on that. Sorry.

Good thought! Just checked it out and it's full. I readjusted the AFS sensor so we'll see if that does anything. When I get time I'll try and pull the codes. If you or anyone else has other thoughts or same situation let me know. Thanks for your input.

Not sure why it's happening during that action, but if you ever get under the car I would unclip the abs sensor wire in the wheel hub and put it back on to see if it resets anything.

Unclipped both sides yesterday and took it out today. Lights are still coming on. The ABS, AFS, and Check VSC always come on together. No check engine so I'm wondering if a code reader will be able to tell me anything?? I still feel like it has something to do with me going in reverse but cannot come up with anything more than that.
