depends why this happened in the first place.
If you replaced bulb and this happened, the bulb might not be seated right
If this happened all of a sudden, the auto-level might be messed up.
If otherwise this has been the way it was, you can just use the manual leveling.

I have this issue too. But I crashed my driver front side last year. Little sign been coming up on & off for the leveling motor on dash to my understanding. When I replaced my old lights with the new, the auto leveling motor was attached to bottom of the headlight. If your going to attempt to change out auto leveling motor, do it comfortably. Remove front bumper and remove headlight. Get a complete view of the actual part and learn what your working with. It's an easy fix with patience and a few hours, no rushing. I hope your problem is resolved and your lights shine evenly as you want!
