Default High beam issue

I noticed the other night that (facing the front of the car) the left high beam is dimly lit up. The one on the right isnt lit up at all.

Could anyone shed some light on the issue?

I do also have the DRL mod enabled, so not sure if that could cause this?

****-adkt, sure would really appreciate you refraining from replying to posts if you are going to be a huge douchebag about your answers. Of course i checked the bulb. This issue has me
stumped or I wouldnt have posted here. Nobody wants or needs this.

DRL = Daytime running lights mod. WTF...SERIOUSLY?? (not very curteous is
it?)

Would really appreciate constructive advice from someone else.

Thank you

They are supposed to light up dimly. The high beam housing is illuminated by a small "city light" when the lights are turned on. There is a separate 194 bulb in each housing that illuminates it, one of yours has burned out so only one side illuminates.

Same thing. Same as Angel Eyes on a BMW.

I think they're mandatory in Europe or atleast here in Finland. In US you have to do some mod to get them lit up?

I'd think Loyalone72 would know the difference between high beam and parking light (which is small LED in my case) but if not then that's the probable answer.
