Two items I want to clarify from my previous post:

1. Sways can "contribute" to the problem, but springs, ride height, etc. are other significant factors. A steep enough driveway and a stock GS will do it. Our cars have independent suspension and the thicker the sway bars you get, the less independent that the L & R suspension will be, which will further aggravate this driveway issue.

2. I have the RMM LSD and I can tell you that the inner tire does spin slightly, but not "wildly" like with no LSD. This slippage is NOT due to the loss of traction like in Rominl's case, but due to the fact that my LSD is trying to rotate both L & R tires equally. So in a sharp right turn the inner wheel is being "forced" to keep up with the rotational speed of the outer wheel, which of course has a longer distance to travel in a turn. By the way, I don't need to be on a driveway to make this occur; just turning sharply right (or left) and accelerating hard on smooth pavement will do it.

Rominl,
next time you stop by my place, I'll show you what I mean.
