I have a lexus gs400 i put my key into the egnition to just roll down my windows and 30 seconds later i started seeing smoke from under my hood. i didnt even start up the car.. Now it smells like something is burning and my windows wont come up and also there is no power in the car.. I looked at everything it isnt a fuse and my car wont switch out of park? any help

I would check all the wiring/relays around the engine bay and underneath the engine if there's any there. It looks like a wire as a bad connection somewhere or has shorted onto something. You may have to splice into the wiring loom to see which wire it is. Check all your relays as well.
