Default Laggy start up

Sup guys, so the past 2 days i realized that my start up has been having a little lag in it. I expected it to be laggy 2 days ago cause i forgot to close my trunk all the way. I thought the laggy start up would go away, but it hasnt. Now it seems like to have a laggy start up only on cold start. If i start it up when its warm it wouldn't have a lag. Could it just be the battery from the unclosed trunk? I don't think I need new sparks yet cause i haven't passed 100,000 miles yet. Lmk what you guys know...if it's the battery then no problem, i can always replace it. But if it's something else, I have to look into it. Thanks CL.

take it to your local auto parts store they will check your battery and the charging system / diagnostic for free

Maybe it's the battery, but i started it up when it's all warmed up and it's fine. Only on cold start up.
