Spacer Question
So today at work I went ahead n had my front rotors and brakes replace...originally had slotted rotors, I bought oem brakes n bought the rotors from ole's.. After replacing, I went to put my wheels on, sterns st 20x8.5 38offset, they wouldn't fit. Caliper hitting. Good thing I had my old 17's at work
now realizing I need spacers I have no clue where to go? Any advise anyone can give

How much wheel is touching the calipers? How much fender gap you have from wheel to the fender?
Here is start.
H&R hub centric spacer. I think they start at 15mm.
there is cheap eBay hub centric spacer starts at 3mm. So really you need to see how much is hitting the calipers.
Also look into if you need extended studs. since the stock lexus studs is short if you go to 15mm spacer.
Google.com works wonders.

The rim and the caliper touching extremely...maybe being to dramatic lol but once you put the rim on its basically touching, pecice of paper wouldn't fit... I did alil reasearch n found H&R spacers, weapon r, sparco.etc from Andy's auto sport...

Depending on what size you are going to run, I would advise using bolt-on hub centric spacers.
Bolt-on spacers bolt on to the hub then have their own studs so there is no shortage of studs and wheels cannot fall off. Best to buy hub centric so it fits on tight to the centre as others can put more stress on the actual wheel studs.
In saying that i see no harm to run maximum of 5mm slip-on spacer which uses the stock wheel studs, any more is pushing it.
They do cause more stress on certain parts of the car, but ive heard of people running them for 5+ years with no worries.
I run 5mm slip ones on the rear coz they dont clear brakes and no dramas as of yet.
