Default Steering Wheel Swap

I found a good deal on a wood steering wheel with an airbag from a RX300, but it's located in another state where my brother lives. The guy that owns it will not sell it to me unless I can provide him another steering wheel because the RX300 is sitting in his garage and he needs to be able to move his car with a steering wheel. The guy doesn't care about what kind of steering wheel he gets, just as long as it works. Now is there a cheap alternative I can explore without breaking the bank in addition to the RX330 wheel I'm getting? I know I can go aftermarket also but it can be expensive. Is it possible to take a steering from any Toyota vehicle and make it work? Also, there's no way I'm sending my steering wheel because my car is my daily driver. Any info will be appreciated guys.

Why doesent he move the car where he wants it then take off the wheel, I would tell him to break out the vice grips...

From the looks of the picture, his garage is full of other vehicles too. I'm assuming he needs to be able to move the car around to get to the other vehicles. I think he was trying to repair this vehicle but the task was just too much for him to handle so now he's parting it out. I'll mention the vice grips alternative and hopefully it flies.

just give him your old one and get the new 1. do it right there

I would do this but as I stated in the original post, this car is another state and I can't ship him my wheel since my GS is my daily driver.
