Question

Hey Guys I was wondering?!?! Where's the cheapest place I can find a Greddy exhaust for a 98 GS 400. The lowest I found is $650 shipped. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx

they're taking 29% off the MSRP, so the P/E comes to $617.70, but that doesn't include shipping.

Although it's from Group Buy Center, it is not a group buy and you can get it by yourself.

they have it for 635.10, again i dunno about shipping.

The thing about online stores is that rather than hiring a buncha people to work at the counter and paying rent to some evil shopowner, they just gota hire some people to run the computer orders and pay couple hundred bucks to maintain a website. That's why they can cut down on the prices.

Or find someone who sells parts from a warehouse. They just gota maintain a warehouse, and sell things through connections. or try the groupbuycenter website. I go there alot now cause they often have GREAT deals on things.

Gs4will..

Call Warren at 608-827-6142. He's in Wisconsin. I actually have a Supra, but my cousin picked up the GS 400 and I am looking for him. He can get a lot of stuff for a good price

'canadian' makes a big difference. At $1.56C to a real dollar, that $1400C is about $900. And the $80C install is $50, so you weren't scorched THAT bad.

Granted, $900 vs. $617 is still pretty bad (50%) but not 100% (which is what I think you meant by 200%).

Sorry ya paid a lot Sasha - I guess the moral of the story is buy mail order and not from the vendor themselves!

Actually I was misinformed The Greddy P/E exhaust is $750 shipped not $650. $650 is for the HKS Hyper exhaust. Sorry for any confusions

Yep the shop installing it wanted 80 at first but i convinced him it was complete bolt on. He still didn't beleive me so i told him to install it and if it doesn't fit perfectly i will pay the 80 but if it fits perfect i only pay 35. I also told him i will go home and do it myself if it was 80.

Took him 15 min. to install and the guy didn't look happy cause i was right. I was happy though cause it only cost me 35

me 35

Cost me 150 to install mine. But that is, I had them made it a bolt-on design exactly for my car. Took them about 3 hours and I was standing there watching. Man alot of work! and I think the 150 was well spend considering that it's not just some universal welding installation, but made the pipes fit my car (Looks like the Blitz mufflers' pipes.)
