Default Headlights

Yesterday, while driving home, I noticed that my low beams do not light. The symbol on the dash lights, and the high beams work, but both low beams do not light. I toggled the switch from auto to headlight and back, but they still don't light. I also toggled the fog lights on and off to see if that made a difference. No joy.

Does anyone have an idea what needs replacement/fix?

Thanks!

Default Check .. check

Check the bulbs.
Check the connection.
Check your fuse.

Nothing wrong?

Dealer is calling....

Yes - everything else works including the fogs. I find it difficult to believe that both (left and right) bulbs would fail at the same time.

I also found out that the left bulb and the right bulb have different fuses - so it is unlikely to be a fuse.

Check the relay?

You know what, stop by one of those audio/video shops, talk to one of the installation guys, they are some of the best people to talk to about electric problems. maybe they can point out something we might have forgotten.

All of the bulbs have been changed to PIAA Xtreme White. (Halogen) Both bulbs failed concurrently. They have now been replaced. I never would have thought of the bulbs failing together.

Thanks to all for the help.
