Hello All,
I had been having issue with the trunk lock actuator. I can open the trunk with remote only all the doors lock have not opened first. If I press on the remote to open the door first, then the trunk lock won't open by pressing the remote, I have to manually open it by turning the key. That is very weird. I then replaced the trunk lock actuator from the junkyard with the same model GS400 and it worked for a couple of times, then it did the same thing again. I am thinking it is not the trunk lock actuator doing this. I checked wires for any loose connections, and found none. If the fuse blown, it won't work at all. Any one have an ideas what this might be? Pls help. I search, but nothing specific. Thank you in advance.

when you unlock the doors, do they ALL unlock and open no problem? With my car, one of the actuators is bad, I've noticed that when it gets stuck, it affects how it locks and unlocks the other doors. Maybe the problem is bleeding to the trunk actuator. Just my 2 pennies of info...
When I remotely unlock using all the doors unlock fine, it's just the trunk did not unlock. I have to manually unlock. I am going to pull the ECU fuse either location at inside or under the hood to see what happen next. Will report back. Thank you.
