OP....your paint is rusting out...Some Gasoline and Brillo pad (extra duty) should do it..

I rarely park by trees, I do wash it out, just wanted to know what it was.

is tree sap. i get these all the time. just make sure you dont let it sit for too long.

you dont have to park by trees for tree sap to get on it.

I don't think its tree sap, I think its due to insects or something. I get them all the time too.

Or it can very well be tree sap transferred from trees by insects.
