Two weeks ago someone broke into my 98 GS400 and stole my double din stereo.. In the process they cut the AC wiring harnesses.but left both ends connected to the climate control. I connected them one by one. I turned on the AC and on the driver side it is not blowing cold at all, feel warm. On the passenger side it blows nice and cold. This is we me setting both sides to 65. When I turn off then on the car it doesn't remember the settings like it use too either.

Any ideas? Maybe I flipped an wire. Does anyone have a wiring diagram?

could be wiring issue, re-check your splices.
