Default problem with the gs300

Hey all ,

I Got an annoying problem in my 98 GS300 hundred , there is a sound going out from the gauges or under the gauges ,
I dont know what is that sound , but it freaking me out ,
i will try to post a video , but if anyone had faced this problem before please help

Can you deacribe the sound, is it a creaking, crackling, whining?
