Default Ebay-key programmer?

Does anyone on here have any experience or tried one of these:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Brand-New-To...2b339e&vxp=mtr

If these are legit, and actually work I would gladly wait the 2 weeks for shipping at a cost of only 20 bucks versus the other options! Anyone have any experience or luck with it? Or should I just risk it and see if it's a good investment.

You don't need something like that to program your key. The locking and peddle trick does it for free.

I'm wondering if it would work for those of us with crappy door locks.

I'm talking about needing this to help with reflashing the ECU since I don't have either master key and the valet key doesn't have the original programming in it.
