Def go back, I do alignments all the time and honestly out cars are pretty easy, an alignment will not make your car shake. Component failure or wear will
Couldn't agree more! It get's difficult reading the text message shorthand and terrible spelling and grammar that's becoming more and more common these days. Maybe I'm getting old but I don't always speak properly but I do my best to write properly.
I agree with the others who've suggested taking it back to the dealer. Politely let them know what problems you're having and they should do whatever they can to fix it. The steering wheel issue should be easy, the shake may not be quite as simple. If you read around here it's a very common problem and a lot of members have spent a lot of time trying to eliminate it, some with more success than others.
Our second GS'S are known for having issue with lower rear control arms(trailing arms) bushings that may have contribute to the 65MPH shakes according to posts on CL forum members. If the shake does not go away after realighnment and tires are in good shape then most likely is the lower rear control arms bushings are the culprit. Kyle, thank u sir
I know I am posting in another topic with a similar issue but I have discovered that my shake is due to my brake pads sticking. It has been very hot out and my wheels have been pretty damn dirty due to brake dust and sand/grit getting in them from the roads. My apartment has a sand/gravel parking lot so that definitely contributes to the unwanted materials getting in between the rotors and the pads.

I believe I read somewhere that bad motor/tranny mounts are also a contributing factor.

That is a possibility, my car has so many miles and I believe those motor mounts are untouch since day one.
Any idea of where those motor mounts located?
Thanks Thomas!
