YES YES the TTE lip is on the 2GS. We needed to modify it a bit because the 3 knockles that are on the lip didn't match the front bumper and added to much stress to the lip so we decided to cut them of and mount the lip with screws to the frontbumper. The lip had such a good fitment that we didn't even use 3M tape.
Here are some pics.

Now the only thing is that i didn't get the frontbumper repainted so there is some colour differents beween the lip and the bumper. This is just a good excuse to get the hole car repainted.

erick... can you show me step by step on how to you cut it off? i got my "correct" tte lip last week and the three mounting point didnt line the lip correctly. I was thinking of cutting it also but scared i might mess it up. Any tips on how to install this lip?

1. mount to bumper with tape
2. saw it off
3. use a heat gun to shape the lip and sand off areas.
the fitment isn't going to be 100% since its obviously a rep! but should be pretty close. you can still use those mounting points for screws
another thing is you have to unfortunately drill holes in your bumper to get the lip on
i used 5 mounting points, 3 original ones and 2 on the sides
