have a 98 GS400 went to blow the horn one day and only got what sounded like the high pitched horn and no low tone... it sounded like a mazda3 horn, so when i got home i tested the panic function for some reason and i heard both horns and it sounded normal... then i got in the car and tapped the horn and it only did the high tone, no low tone... what would be the issue here? i swapped out my steering wheel with a RX woodgrain one but it did this even before i swapped it out... so i know it has nothing to do with the wheel itself..... any ideas?
