Looks like they are interchangeable. As long as it came from 2JZ-GE or 2JZ-GTE. They have same part number.

All VVTI 2jz's of any year are the same packs, turbo or not, either USDM or JDM. And the non-vvti's had distributors anyway so no chance of getting the wrong coil packs since there were none.

The only other 2J coil packs you will run across is the non-vvti GTE Supra/147 Aristo COP packs which have six not three and look nothing like what you've got.

All done thank you very much for the info, couldnt get any better anwsers that from u guys thank u again. Got the coil packs off of 2001 is300, changed the plugs as well as the harness. Engine runs smooth now but i got another question - once doing the plugs i noticed that the old ones are covered with a little bit of engine oil right where the plugs screw into the head ( on the tread ), so my question is could the missfiring of the engine cause the oil to spit up onto the plugs? Or my head gasket is goin? When the engine's missfiring problem started to occur i took one of the plugs out to see wether they need to be changed, and there was no oil on the plug, after of 2 days of driving the car with that missfiring problem i got all the parts to do the job and when i got to do it i noticed the oil appeared to be on plugs. So anyone know if it could of been the oil spitting up cuz of the engine miss fire or the head gasket???? Anyone ?
