Default Need help asap: Spiral cable/clock spring reinstall method?

I need some instructions for this.

I had my steering wheels refinished and in my own eternal retardedness the clock spring or spiral cable has moved. I walked away from the car to get a screwdriver and when I came back the cable/clock spring was turned so I didn't know which way to turn it so I moved it to how I thought it was.

Can someone post directions or put me into the right direction on how to install that clock spring?

The directions on the spring say 2.5 turns from the left, but I'm not sure if it needs to be super tightly wounded and then unwounded to 2.5 turns or what.

Any help would be appreciated.

I sent a message to a master tech here that has helped me out in the past.

Also going to head over to my mechanic and will ask him. Will report back after like 1pm.

Straight direct from the mod:

The spiral cable/clock spring for the air bag has 5 turns total/ 2.5 left and 2.5 right. You point the arrow on the spiral cable straight up(12 o'clock position) and count the turn to left 2.5 turn, the arrow should stop approx. 6 o'clock. Then turn it back to starting position 2.5 turns you are good to go.

If you not sure the center position you can turn the spiral all the way to the left until it stop, mark where the stopping point then turn to the right 2.5 turn. This will give you the centering point.

I've asked him a few more questions so I can get it right the first time. If you get this wrong you'll throw steering angle sensor codes.
