Default No pressure in radiator hoses?

Hello all, I been lurking on this forum for a couple years now but for some reason my other account got disabled so i had to make a new one but anyways I have an 2001 GS300 and for some reason the upper and lower radiator hoses have no pressure at all, is that normal for these cars? The temp gauge is like a centimeter above the middle mark. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
