DVD upgrade help
the navi disc player sits on top of the amp on right side in the trunk.
Make sure you slide the door closed after you put the dvd in or you will get a "does not recognize disk" error.
I just upgraded from 2002 to 2011 maps and it worked perfectly, once i slide the door closed.

I will go try to look. If theres a sliding door then it shouldnt be to hard to find. If someone can post a photo..
Id like to know where you got your upgrade and how much you ended up paying for it.

Seems about the regular price for these. Id like one cheaper. Like 99.00 would be nice. Plus this is 2001 update. My car is a 04 and I want the 2011 update.
I found some box on the back in the trunk. Its on the bottom right. I havent seen any buttons on how to get anything out but its square so Im assuming that must be it.

On the front of the Nav DVD hump in the trunk is a plastic name plate that says GPS Voice Navigation. It is held on with Velcro on one side. Pull it off and you will see a slider which reveals the eject button. Slide to open and press the button, you will have your Disc. Follow the instructions that come with your new disc and you should be set.
