It was the motor mounts guys... No more vibration!!!

Vibration came back!!!! Found out last that the crossmember for the transmission was preloading on the mount. I guess the A3040 trans & A340e has different mounting locations.

I had to get the correct crossmember for the transmission. Because the holes wasn't lining up. The shop that installed the transmission forced the incorrect crossmember and that cause the trans mount to preload really bad which caused the vibration. I got the correct crossmember and I installed it... problem solved no mor vibration.
