Default Brake issue HELP!!!

Ok so here is the deal my brakes basically went down to nothing and now there's a sound that sounds like some kind of warning sound and my brake light and vsc and abs lights are all on. The brakes have pressure and the pedal is really hard. After changing brakes i disconnected the batt to see if resetting CPU might get the beep to go away but still no luck. Does anyone know how to get rid of this sound without getting raped by the dealer

Your booster/master cylinder is bad.

Thanks for the replys when I said the brakes went down to nothing I ment that the pads went down to the metal. I have not done any modifications to the car it is still at stock hight and still has factory tail lights. I really hope it's not the master cylinder cause I just saw how much it cost used and if I have to get it it will put a big dent in the plans I have for the car

Wait, so you got new pads on now or no?
How's your rotors looking? If you press on the brake does your car shake?

Maybe the caliper pins are frozen.

Yes there are new brakes on the back of the car. The rotors on passenger side has some scaring from the metal on metal grinding but that's about it. I don't think the caliper pistons are stuck cause I pushed them back in with no problems. That's how I got the new pads to fit. If anyone else has any ideas please feel free to post

The caliper pins are what the caliper slides back and forth on. If they get stuck the brakes won't disengage and will wear out fast.

Go watch the videos of people with bad brake boosters in the Suspension/Performance section (I can't remember) but I am 99% sure it's your brake booster. Like super sure. Get on eBay and hunt down a 01+ master cylinder. They aren't as plagued with these failures. Good luck!

That warning sound is because your booster motor is bad. The canister in the master cylinder is not getting up to operating pressure. That electric motor fills your master cylinder, without that your brakes will not work so you get a buzzing noise in your car.
