Hey hey, no need for name calling. some noobs have been in the car game for a long time and have never really used forums before. Such as my self. Im a noob and when ever I've had a question everyone has been very nice and helped out. Its true about the search function. It sometimes helps out quiet a bit. Then sometimes it does not. I guess you just have to type in the correct combo of words to get it to work for you.
Anyways, back to the op's question. I agree with you on the green. its cool and all but i think it would look much better in a soft blue myself. I did notice on Jeff Tsai's....hope i spelled that right, picture his gauges are a cool looking blue. So maybe he has a post up on how he did it. Or maybe if you ask nicely he would be willing to direct you to a post or tell you how!! I've only been a member here for a month or so and have had nothing but good results from here!!! So good luck with you search friend! Oh and if you find out how to change the color...hook a ninja up!! LOL

sorry guys, there's no way we can change the color of the cluster...as for JEFF's car...his came like that from factory I believe......

Here's proof that it was NOT a mod:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...-or-green.html

and here's some search I did that proves the cluster color can not be changed:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...-01-gs300.html

Sorry to break it to ya lol.... but this is 2012, maybe someone found a way?

Someone has done it. They modified the gauge cluster into a LED version. It was custom work done by some guy in Cali. It's in the lighting section though. I'll see if I can find and post the link here.

I actually took my cluster apart, and bought some transparent purple paint from autozone. I very lighty taped off and painted the ccfl tubes to a light purple color. The green ccfl's and the purple over them turn the blemish green color into a whitish/blue. Looks much better and it did not get noticeably dimmer. just throwing it out there. I will be removing the ccfl's and making custom one off led strips to replace them...
