I think I have the exact same tire size as you (It's been a few months - winter here) I really like the taller sidewall to keep a nice ride. Just shave your rear fenders, that's what I did, not as bad as it sounds, don't be afraid to take off the entire 'lip' I was a little too careful and I had to do it twice.
I also like how it fills the wheel well better.

You need 35 & 30 tires OR try to get some fender shaving/trimming done and see if that helps at all. Not sure if your tires are brand new or your tire situation in general. Im sure if they are brand new, you dont want to spend money again.

I don't know why you're having rubbing issues since I have the same tire set-up (18x9 front with 245/40/18 tires and 18x10 rears with 275/35/18 tires) without any rubbing issues (although I'm not lowered). If I remember correctly, 245/40/18 and 275/35/18 tires have the same diameter/circumference as the stock GS tires. Maybe it's the offset of your wheels.

Over the week end I had this issue checked out. after digging into he problem its on happening on the rear drivers side , I was told that shock is weaker then the right rear. So my fix is to change all the shocks and add lowering springs.
????? how low should I have the car lowered.
