because his Rim + Tire combo = rubbage.

Shaving the fenders should fix it since it doesnt look like its way to aggressive at all.

theres so many people on this board that thinks getting smaller profile will cure everything bit it doesnt because now your speedo is off. Theres a reason why Toyota/Lexus have a recommended size. and theres a reason why tire shops can only recommond tires of the same OD +/- 3%..

I cant believe there have been this many replies and only 1 person mentioned offsets of the wheels. Those tires would fit fine with the proper offset wheels.

At this point you have them, so try shaving the rear, its easy to do. Just read up on it by using the search button to educate yourself on the proper way to do it. If that doesnt work, look into the offests of the wheels bro. You can change every other factor to try to compensate for improper offsets. Not saying yours are since you didnt mention what they were, but I would bet that they are not ideal.

good luck.

^ Hey now, 3 of us have asked about offset.

I'm guessing the OP doesn't know what "offset" is as he never replied to my question asking the offset of those rims.

Unfortunately "reverse spacers" don't exist to correct this type of issue.

Read up on offset so you understand what you're getting into, and thus proper wheel fitment. It's an extremely important detail. Rim width only gives you half of the story of what will and won't fit.

http://www.1010tires.com/tech.asp?type=wheels

Also a link to a calculator to figure out what happens w/ different rim widths and what off set you'll need.

Width and offset go hand and hand. To maintain the same fit, you'll have to mess w/ the offset.

And as I eluded earlier, spacers will only shift your offset one direction. Obviously you can't suck a wheel inward.

now everyone above mentions offset lol.

well heres the thing about it.. its kinda too late to mention it anymore since the only thing you can do is add spacers to change offset.. hes already rubbing on the fender (or at least thats what it appears to be doing) so changing up the offset via spacers wont do any good.

if the OP wants to keep the rims.. he wold have to do some fender work or get a narrower tire or add negative camber.

a combination would work IMO

also stiffening up the suspension would help too haha..

^ I asked about it but didn't provide more input (kind of a smart A about it).

Granted the pictures gave us some input, but we're all suggesting camber, shaving, etc and depending on the offset of those wheels, it may not be enough still.

Also thinking that if it does come down to having to switch wheels, he'll have more information to use next time he selects rims.
