Cup holder rattling issue!

Cup holfer rattling issue !
I know most people will not notice the cup holder will
rattle once it has a cup or certain mass resides.
My GS has this issue siince day one until today in the front.
Yet it make no noise when it is empty !
My guess is either caused by the resounance of the cup mass or a loose bracket within the cup holder assembly.
Does anyone has his or her fix DIY or the dealers
have the solution ? Any TSB of rattling cup holder ?

Mine rattles when I have a can or bottle in it... but it's the can or bottle rattling against the side of the cupholder, not the cupholder. I'd guess it's may be the same thing you're hearing.
Try this - get some black adhesive-back pads like these (click here) and put them around the rim of one of the cupholders where the rim of your favorite drink cup hits. See if it helps.
