Assuming your car is a 99 like you sig says you would have to drive to your nearest lexus dealer and order at least 1 master key. Also setup up an appt with the service dept to have the ECM replaced and the key programmed. Now provided you have not lost all your keys before Lexus offers a program where the will cover the ECM once do to lost keys. If qualify for this program it saves you alot of money leaving you basically responsible for the cost of the key and labor. If you don't qualify for the ECM then your looking at $1000 to $1500 for the ECM plus the key and labor.

Yes, take it to nearest Lexus dealer. If qualified its like $150 for a new master key. OR buy a "master key fob" off eBay and have a programmer program it for you. Thats what we do at my dealership when my employees misplace keys. But i have good connections so i get great deals. Im in Denver BTW.
