Nice job on the retro. Looks good... and the light projection looks top notch.

Hey guys, I cant get the screw at the local hardware store.
they said that the screw is non normal spec
anyone have any idea?? THX!

I tapped the projectors to fit a "normal" screw size, real easy to do for anyone with the proper tools, shouldn't be too hard to find someone to do it for you.

They are metric and most local places have a **** selection of metric, especially the small diameter and long length needed. I used sae threads on the couple retros I did as well, just run a tap through, they are such small holes and thin metal it's no big deal.

Yeah, just tap the holes in the projector that the screws for the bracket need to go into. Like 99 GS3 said, they tapped really easily, Id never used a tap before and it was real simple.

You could use sae #8-32 machined bolts and nuts. I could not find any metric size with the correct length either. The #8-32 works just as good.
