Question Problem Drive Line or Differential?

Hello I'm new to this forum, I have a 2000 GS3 and I'M having and issue when I make a Sharp left turn my car will vibrate and make a noise as if the U-Joints are shot on older cars. But it I'm driving straight It runs fine anyone gone threw this already? I called the dealer and they said for my car U-Joint(just one) not serviceable. The oil in my differential looks good.

I thought bout the rubbers that it has in the Drive Line but it only makes it when i turn left, Any ideas?

My car dose have 241,000 miles

Thanks
