Default Changing day time running light bulb

So the other day I noticed me left passanger side day time light was out. That little bulb in the far left corner. I opened the hood and cant seem to figure out how to get to it.

Has anyone done this before or is this a dealer worthy repair (cant imagine it being much $)

If you have do you remember the bolt size? I figured maybe I need to take out the whole head light housing..in that case all i see is one bolt and then a phillips head thats black at the bottom.

Any pointers would be much appreciated!

If you're referring to the parking light (the 192/168 bulb in the corner of the light closest to the door of the car), you have to go in from the wheel well, if I remember correctly. And I believe it's a 10mm nut.

Damn just went to walmart and they were sold out of that bulb...ill hit up autoparts tomorrow. Was it hard doing it under the wheel well? I didnt look under there but I have the plastic gaurds under there id have to remove right? Im running RX330 18s with 255/55/18s...so im hoping theres enough room without removing the wheels.

The tire well insert wasn't too bad. Here are some pics of the back of the headlight so you'll know what to expect:
