Save money and get one under the year 2000. They're under 10K, with that extra money = modifications.

Finding an 03 would be tough for 10k, I looked for a while before finding mine which I just bought 3 months ago. Somehow I found a 99 gs300 with only 45,000 miles on it but I paid 10k. Not complaining because of the mileage and condition though. Search around for something older than an 03, you'll be surprised what you can find

I doubt you'll be able to find a 03 430 for 10k unless it has well over 100k. I saw a 04 430 for 15k w/ 103k miles so your best bet will be just to settle for a GS400.
