Lextasy sucks
I am royaly frustrated with these ppl. I purchased a rear spoiler from Lextasy about 4 yrs ago. The 3rd brake light LED assembly did not remain sealed through those 4 yrs and stopped working. Upon inspection, the circuit board and all its components corroded and most LEDs fell off; sounds like a maraca now. I sent 3 emails in two weeks requesting a replacement part or some other solution and I received no response. Today I have called them for a straight hour (about 75 phone calls), during their support hours, to just go to voicemail continually. To top it off, their voicemail is full, so a message cannot be saved. It amazes me that ppl operate a company in this fashion. I only wish I could be that irresponsible when it came to my job.
I know you said you bought this 4 years ago but if u search over the boards its a well known fact (even 4 years ago) that lextasy sucks and they have bad feedback
sorry man your probably SOL, BTW why do you expect them to give you a warranty AFTER 4 years i dunno most any aftermarket companies that will do that, that long
IBTL BTW
They were a vendor themselves but they gone cause they suck and had to many issues....
guys search lextasy and you will see how bad they are, STAY AWAY FROM THEM IMHO

No warranty expected. I need a replacement part. This is not a light I can just go buy somewhere else, so maybe SOL. I should have researched these jackasses more thoroughly before buying an item as such.
Ya their customer service is complete BS. I would ditch that spoiler and get a JP 3piece spoiler. It looks really clean and no worries about burnt out LED or wiring etc. If you want the best fail safe 3rd brake light get the OEM one that goes right behind the rear windshield.
