Congrats to prostock1 for picking one up. His has the chrome SD wheels. The one I'm looking at has dark smoked ones.

So far everyone says the saddle is more rare..but they're also 50/50 on the black interior.
you found your answer in there. you said yourself you like black on black. remember we're not driving your car. you will be. wouldnt it suck if you get in your car everyday and wished you got the black int GS?

saddle is ok and it is rare but it isnt for me... Go with what you would like. Trust me ive bought a car before and hated the interior and ended up getting rid of it. it all depends on what you like. Good luck either way

did you closely inspect both cars?

i'd pick the virgin.... cuz i don't like cars where others have been in.

check for door jams... to see if repaint... look for the cleanest of either.

as for the OEM Navi... i say it does not have much value in my book. the map is most likely out of date... and lacks performance. You can always go with aftermarket double din.. you just need to get a stock HVAC... and use that instead. (you will be changing from touch screen to traditional buttons).

Go for saddle. If you want navi upgrade, my bud is gonna sell his complete setup with Mark Levingston speakers and amp. If you're interested, PM me and I guarantee you wont turn down the deal

one of the main reasons i like the oem nav is because it makes the dash look clean...and yes..i agree the maps would most likely be outdated...but everyone's told me that it's nearly impossible and not rational to ever put oem nav system in a non nav GS3/GS4...due to the complexities and the equipment involved... so there in lies the value of the oem nav... it would cost roughly $3k in have it installed in the car...

How many of you guys have ever seen a black ond black sportdesign blackwood with oem nav?

But so far i've seen a few Black on Saddle interior from here on CL and on cardomain...

Which begs to question...how much more is each worth on the used car market?

The two cars in question are going for roughly $12k but in this economy when no one has much money to spend..i'm sure these can be had for much less.

The other week I saw a 2002 black on black sport design without OEM Nav roughly 150k miles sell for $8,400....it was out of my area otherwise..i'd be driving it now.

I say go with the saddle. You could buy a aftermarket stereo with nav and upgrade the rest of your system for 3000k

I wouldn't rock OEM navi anyways. Get an aftermarket unit with a double din faceplate for the OE look.
I agree with u on the SADDLE being UGLY! It's alittle 2 much saddle/vomit for me...............

go with saddle all the way...
i have 03 sportdesign with graphite gray pearl and black interior i didn't know what i was buying at the time and saw 3 same damn car with saddle for sale.... right after i bought mine and i don't see them no more....
from what i know graphite gray pearl with saddle is more rare since that exterior color was only offered for sportdesign no????
